heavy rotation

so this is what i've been listening to. i guess this is what you get when you watch MTV all month. theres a couple songs missing though. i don't have that NIN song with the cool video. oh well. maybe i'll edit this later.

been listening to a little hip hop too. fat joe - get poppin' and kanye west - diamonds are pretty good. that missy elliot song is starting to grow on me too.

the july issue of spin has the 100 greatest albums since 1985. it's pretty interesting, albiet predictable. lots of nirvana, radiohead, NWA, public enemy, that kind of thing. i guess ill comment on it later.

its a big month for record releases too. kanye west, death cab for cutie, ok go, and franz ferdinand all should have albums out by the end of the month.
